About Me
I’m a therapeutic coach and trainer based in Oxford, with a deep passion for exploring the incredible capacity of the human mind and body to heal, connect, and thrive.

My curiosity about how we relate to one another—and to ourselves—was sparked during my Postgraduate Diploma in Systemic Practice. Working as a co-therapist in a systemic family therapy clinic, I had the privilege of helping individuals and families uncover new, more fulfilling patterns of relating. It was a truly beautiful experience to witness people create meaningful change in their lives.

As my journey continued, I became fascinated by the role the body plays in therapeutic work. I noticed that for some, traditional talk therapy seemed to keep them stuck in the same patterns, unable to move beyond the narratives of their past experiences. This led me to The Trauma Centre, where I completed Trauma Sensitive Yoga training. This training transformed my understanding of mental health, relationships, and the many ways we can facilitate change.

In recent years, I’ve specialised in nervous system regulation, integrating psychoeducation and practical tools into my practice to support holistic healing and growth.

I believe no one size fits all so have trained in a variety of models to support the people I work with, for a full list of my training see here.

In my coaching practice, I draw on a rich and varied background in social work, academia, and the NHS. This diverse experience enables me to support individuals as they navigate challenges and work towards thriving in their personal and professional lives.

I also offer training to agencies working with children and adults who have experienced trauma. My focus is on helping these organisations deepen their understanding of trauma's impact on relationships and the capacity to regulate, ultimately fostering more supportive and effective environments for those they serve.
