Therapeutic Coaching
Expand your capacity to live fully

My Story
I want to live in a world where people trust their own ability to handle life. Where they know hard times will come, and they also know they can face them with expanded capacity, rooted in self-trust and compassion.

I think we’ve reached a point where our capacity to hold difference and difficulty has shrunk. Too often, therapeutic language around safety and grounding gets used as a reason to make life smaller, tighter, and more rigid.

In my work, I noticed people arriving in sessions convinced they just needed to do more work on themselves, as if enough reflection would mean they’d never feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed again. But discomfort isn’t proof of failure. It’s part of being human. The difference comes when you can see difficulty as one part of your experience, not the whole of it.

The turning point for me was realising that struggle doesn’t mean there is something wrong with you. It means you’re alive. And when you build the capacity to manage the struggle, you open the door to a life that feels rich, joyful, and truly yours.

Now I help people to build capacity, take action, and move forward - even when it’s messy.
